We probably have had meals here about ten times over the past few years. It has been consistently great. I don't know how they can offer such large portions for an incredible price! I've usually ordered the New York steak which comes with rice, a salad, garlic bread and delicious little potatoes. The steak quality obviously isn't equal to a high end steak house, but it has always been tasty. The other day I stopped in for lunch and had the burger special. I'm very picky when it comes to burgers and this one was delicious. The patty meat was very tender. It came with a huge caesar salad. The service has always been very friendly. Even though it has been busy some evenings we have never felt rushed to leave. Every meal we have eaten has been excellent and it has been a terrific value for the price.

I came in a few weeks ago with my sister and was served by Rafaela. I forgot to leave a review at the time, but both the service and food were excellent. Rafaela had obvious high standards for her tables — she was clearly busy but her service was perfect. The food was great and cheaper than buying the ingredients to make it at home. Will definitely be back!

Glad to revisit the grill here, as it's been a long time since my last visit and it offered a satisfying meal at reasonable expense. Had the garlic prawns entree which was quite filling with the sides, which included rice pilaf, potatoes with sour cream, garlic bread, and lettuce salad with a balsamic vinaigrette. Service was quick and we'd hardly started the nachos and salsa before our entrees arrived. The waitress was incredibly busy, but nonetheless fairly attentive and was helpful. There was no wait on a Saturday at 5:15 PM, which was convenient.

Cool Restaurant that I have been going to for years. Can't believe I haven't written a review already. Food is consistently good. Generous portions & always tasty. Blackened Salmon & Chicken Souvlaki are my mainstays here. Recently I had the peppercorn steak. The homemade sauce is unique & savoury. I still added HP because I always have HP with my steak. Comes with rice, garden salad, potato & garlic bread. Great value. Convenient location & service has always been friendly.

We have been driving by this place not knowing how great it is until recently. We came for early dinner-- around 5:45 and there were already a few tables filled. By the time 630 rolled, there was already a waitlist by the door. That shows how popular this place is. In terms of food, the portions were huge--see photo of Nachos, thats only a half order. The calamari apetizer was good for 2 and the Tzaziki was amazing. The dinner plates came with bread, salad and potatoes. We ended up taking home leftovers, yet the price is very reasonable. The servers are quick, attentive and very polite. Theres a lot of choices in the menu so my daughter enjoyed it as well. Very conveniently located. Theres ample free parking along Hastings street and also on the side of Beta and Alpha. Highly recommend this place, and will definitely come back again.

I recently dined at X-Site Grill, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish! Service: The staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome right away. They were always there when we needed them, but never intrusive. Atmosphere: The restaurant had a warm, inviting vibe with cozy lighting and great background music. It’s the perfect spot for any occasion, whether you're with friends or on a date. Food: The food was outstanding—flavorful, fresh, and clearly made with care. Every bite was a treat! Prices: The prices were very fair for the quality of food, service, and atmosphere. It felt like great value for such an amazing experience. Owner: A special mention to the owner, who is incredibly pleasant and makes everyone feel right at home. It's clear they care deeply about creating a welcoming environment, and it really shows. Overall, X-Site has everything you want in a dining experience—great food, exceptional service, a fantastic atmosphere, and an owner who truly makes you feel like family. I’ll definitely be back!

Tried this place for the first time. I didn’t have high expectations but was blown away! Great medium steak and sides for the price!!! Highly recommend. Will absolutely be back.
